From: jonpoplett@mail.com              In this work, I explore a model of quantum computation where the qubit       begins in an entangled superposition state with its environment.       Rather than treating the environment solely as a decohering influence,       I propose an adaptive interaction model that preserves and leverages       this initial correlation.              In the standard approach, decoherence is mitigated by isolating the       qubit as much as possible, with environmental coupling modeled as a       one-way noise source. My simulations treat the coupling as bidirectional       — the qubit affects the environment just as the environment affects the       qubit — and investigate what happens when the interaction is modulated       rather than suppressed.              I’ve implemented this in Python, with full code and documentation       released under CC0. The repository contains:       - A mathematical description of the coupling model       - Simulation scripts and data       - Comparative runs against standard decoherence mitigation              Paper (PDF):       https://github.com/JGPTech/Fun/blob/main/TryingToCatchMeRidingDi       ty/SeeMeRolling.pdf              Code:       https://github.com/JGPTech/Fun/blob/main/TryingToCatchMeRidingDirty/SoLoud.py              I welcome constructive feedback from those with experience in       experimental qubit control, decoherence modeling, and related simulation       frameworks.              --       Jon Poplett              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
