   This is wrong because no comet has aphelion in the asteroid belt.   
   Their aphelia  are in the Kuiper belt or in the Oort Cloud.   
      
   There are asteroids with high eccentricity with aphelia in   
   the asteroid belt, but they are not called comets.   
   Can you guess why?
