   over a target area, might very well destroy the entire site together   
   with some of the surrounding territory. Unlike traditional transport   
   methods, drones could provide a direct and less detectable means of   
   delivery. However, such bombs might still prove to be too heavy for   
   most drones to carry effectively. Give me an extra billion dollars and   
   I'll have a drone You Can Use today to delivery atomic bombs to   
   Putin's house while he is watching Netflix.'
