   effectively we already have that, for some it might even reduce their   
   taxes..   
      
   I think rather than arguing who is or should be taxed more.. we should be   
   asked why taxes should be increased?   
      
   Maybe the real question should be how much of our money is being used/wasted   
   by the government and what spending should be limited to.   
      
    I think that would do more to resolve issues than arguing over who hasn't   
   yet been over taxed..
