   I'm sure he doesn't think so, but in time it will be applied to all. The   
   first step is getting their nose in the tent then next  they lower the   
   cutoff... after all what about all those millionaires that don't pay their   
   fair share... then they lower it again.. after all the rich need to pay   
   their fair share as well.. then we well off.. then the management..   
   eventually EVERYONE is paying it..
