   Also, allowing terrorist barbarians taking hostages to affect response   
   policy is as stupid as paying off blackmailers. It never stops and they   
   will keep on doing it, whether it be blackmail or the taking of   
   hostages. The only way is to NEVER pay blackmail and to NEVER allow the   
   taking of hostages to result in giving ANYTHING to the terrorist   
   barbarians e.g. Hamas, Iran, North Korea, etc..
