   The question is if Trump can play this game at the level of Bismarck or

   I read in a General's memoirs that some people respond to reason, others   
   only to threats, and successful leaders learn how to control both. The ones   
   who most need threatening may be other Generals. Yamamoto was made Japanese   
   fleet commander in order to live on a battleship where the Army couldn't
