   The Bronx back in the 70's was a zoo due to the people who lived there   
   and were responsible for the crime.   
      
   The people who came through Ellis Island, including my grandparents   
   built NYC and were mistreated as cheap labor.   
   Still they survived and built lives for themselves.   
   Some bad eggs, sure, but most were in tears when they saw the Statue Of   
   Liberty.   
   Not even close to a comparison to the illegals today who come here to make   
   trouble.
