   The Rule of Law applies equally to everyone. Everyone gets their day in   
   court.   
      
   tRumpsters would have you believe Garcia is special - that the Rule of   
   Law doesn't apply to him, and he does not get a day in court.   
      
   Garcia is NOT special, he is like you and me, and is entitled to his day   
   in court - just like you and me. If they can deny Garcia his day in   
   court, they can deny anyone, including you and me, their day in court.
