   the Budget is not the only "law" of this Administration. tRump has issued   
   166 Executive orders so far this year.

   The SCOTUS is twisting themselves into pretzels to sanctify tRump's   
   lawlessness.   
      
   Let's take an example - tRump's ending Birthright Citizenship. SCOTUS has   
   not directly ruled on that issue, but has allowed it to be in effect   
   everywhere not actively being challenged in lower courts - and   
   injunctions only apply to litigants - so it is de facto law.
