Birthright citizenship is specifically mentioned in the 14th amendment
and won't go away via executive order. It would require a new amendment
withdrawing that right and would need to be ratified by 2/3 of the House
and Senate and 2/3 of the states. It's purposely difficult to add
   constitutional amendments.

The Supreme Court has simply ruled that lower courts cannot issue nation
wide injunctions on policies of an administration. The Supreme Court
has previously upheld birthright citizenship and I presume when a
litigant gets to the Supreme Court, it will be upheld again.
