   Repugs could end the shutdown anytime they want - they have control of   
   House, Senate, Presidency, and SCOTUS.  All they need do is kill the   
   filibuster.   
      
   But tRump says we don't need medical insurance - everybody will get their   
   own Medbed. Shutting down the government kills the Deep State which will   
   allow the release of those Medbeds.
