So you don't have any facts nor logic either.
From what I understand, it's not a loan - we're buying $20B of their
currency. The problem there is that their currencey has been undergoing
triple-digit inflaction - so it's not going to be long before that $20B
of their currency we bought is going to be pretty worthless.
