The cost of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) to U.S. taxpayers in 2024 is
estimated at $125 billion and that doesn't include all costs. The ACA
was deliberately designed to obscure and hide actual costs from all but
detailed audits.

Argentina's economic issues are caused by government overspending and a
decline in exports.
Their technology support services are way better than those from India.
but they are realistic about costs so their pricing is higher.
Their economic exports are largely agricultural and directly compete
with the US.
The US will get favorable oil pricing and strengthened support from
another SA sector. Don't expect a rapid payback because they simply
don't have it.
Bonus, it will piss off Israel and the Jews.
