   The "insolvency" claim is Bullshit!   
      
      
   Social Security rapidly approaching Reduced Payouts. That's not   
   "insolvency". SS has it's own revenue source that is not going away as   
   long as people are earning money.   
      
   And the fix is easy - but the Repugs won't allow it because it would   
   require the rich to pay a little more in SS taxes
