   Doesn't "expand" SS mean spend more?   
      
   Democrat's solution to any fiscal problem is to "make the rich pay their   
   fair share". Take a look at the IRS web pages to find out who already   
   pays most of the Federal taxes. What constitutes "fair share"? Taking   
   money away from richer people to make all people equally poor?   
      
   If you have a system that is already on the brink, aside from perhaps   
   some gains for demagogues, the system collapses even faster.
