   I think Chavez/Maduro were apparently doing the same thing.  An oil   
   "slush fund" that they doled out as they saw fit.   
      
   With themselves at the front of the receiver line!   
      
   I think there will be a bit more oversight on how Trump handles   
   Venezuelan oil money.  At least with Trump, one can question what he's   
   doing.  That's not a good idea with Maduro, as so many exiles in   
   countries all over the world can attest.
