Hey Guys,

I finally have the latest version of Slackware 14.4 installed. It quicjkly
returned to me all of the work involved in getting Slack running, but it is
much easier these days.

I am still bmping heads with getting vmware-tools installed though. Has anyone
had any luck installing Slackware 14.4 on ESXi 6.5 & getting the vmware tools
going? 

I noticed there is a vmware open source that is available. Is theat better or
worse?

And based on expereince, should I roll a custom Slack kernel for ESXi compared
to running huge.s??
