   Talking about sanitation in India, there was a news report a couple of   
   years ago of a pregnant Indian woman   
   who went to use the toilet on a train.  The baby came out and dropped   
   down to the railroad track.  Amazingly,   
   the baby was still alive when they came back and found the baby on the   
   railroad track.
