XPost: soc.culture.china, soc.culture.indian, soc.culture.nepal       XPost: soc.culture.usa, soc.culture.pakistan, soc.culture.iraq       XPost: soc.culture.latin-america       From: acoustic@panix.com              Every time you post, it is clear that you are not concerned with the       alleged victims (because there are typically no victims). Rather you       are only concerned about "expos[ing] the brutal truth behind China's"       this or that. Your motive is clear: to defame China and nothing else.              That is why I have long convinced that you are working for some outfit       instead of expressing your opinions like me or many other members of       these newsgroups.              The Zhang Yimou case clearly shows that the policy was instituted for       the purpose of solving the chronic poverty problem the Chinese people       have faced due to uncontrolled population growth in the past. The       so-called "one-child policy" is in fact nothing short of being one of       the greatest social innovations the human civilization has witnessed.       And it has met with great success.              lo yeeOn              In article <2118724.ZEheBqnF6u@Dharma>,       Peter Terpstra |
