   USA has been raping Pakistan all the time.  Pakistan tells USA stop   
   raping me.  USA says "I want to rape you more. What are you going to   
   do about it?"   What is left for Pakistan is to vacate the country of   
   its population so that USA can have a free hand on drones.   
   USA has declared war on Pakistan.  But Pakistan has been ignoring the   
   declaration.    Pakistan seems spineless.  USA can use that to its
