If so, i.e., if Viktor Yanuskovych took all the money from the
country's treasury, then how come we never find him in a top-10
   Ukraine's richest list?

I suspect that the allegation that Yanuskovych stole billions from the
government is nothing but an allegation - some kind of a urban legend.

I suspect that the alleged "opulence" of his life style the western
media has clamored about, while very insulting to 99+% of the
Ukrainian people, does not require billions of dollars to support.

I also suspect that all that material excess found in Yanukovych's
residence in Kiev won't be hard to find in a Las Vegas estate.

The last time the media huff-n-puff'd about this sort of thing was
the time when the West went against Qaddafi.

Did they find the billions that the Qaddafi family allegedly stole
from the country? Just like Saddam's WMD, it was never found and was
conveniently forgotten. Why? They have achieved their goal for a
regime change. And the allegations of corruption were meant only to
turn the population against their leader and to turn world opinion
against the regime. Once Washington's aim is achieved, propaganda is
   just a waste of time.

So, let me know if you have evidence that Yanukovych stole billions
   from the country's treasure, ok?
