   Maybe so!  But...   
      
   At least, the rebels were sticking to the Geneva Convention for how   
   they should treat their captives - that they must feed them and care   
   for them - and that put them in good light.  I'm not sure if Kiev has   
   done the same thing.  So far, there has been no news about Kiev doing   
   its reciprocal duty.
