   1993, Alqaeda Islamic terrorists bombed the World Trade Center in New York   
   killing 6 civillians and injuring about 1000;   
      
   1996, Osama Bin Laden leader of Alqaeda Islamic terrorist group declared   
   assymetric war on all Americans to kill them wherever they may be;   
      
   1998, Al-Qaeda Islamic terrorists carried out the bombings of the U.S.   
   embassies in Nairobi, Kenya, and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, killing more than   
   200 people and injuring more than 5,000 others;   
      
   2000, Alqaeda Islamic terrorists carried out a suicide attacked on the USS   
   Cole in Yemen killing 17 Americans and wounding 39;   
      
   2001, Alqaeda Islamic suicide terror attacks on the World Trade Center and   
   Pentagon killed almost 3000 civilians with three hijacked passenger airliners;   
      
   2011, Islamic terrorist attack on American embassy in Libya killing four   
   Americans including the embassador.   
      
   Thus, suicide terrorists do not have civil rights because they take away   
   everyone else's civil rights through terror attacks and mass murder.
