   Actual charity given is less then 3.7%. There is a reason that   
   foundation is basically in Canada. America cannot audit it!

   Don't forget Espionage. She put classified information on her servers to   
   allow them to be hacked and soon after wards ..large donations to the   
   Klinton foundation followed. That is definitely treason and espionage.   
   Remember Billy-Bob gave/sold Satellite secrets to the Chinese and   
   received large campaign contributions through the PACs   
   Don't forget that she also destroyed papers that were already   
   subpoenaed. Now and back when Bills impeachment was in progress. Also
