You, or anyone else who is serious about the truth, can listen to the
leaked audio from WikiLeaks. It's a long thing to listen to but you
can get the context of what Kerry was talking about.

There were many "I don't understand ..." comments from the rebels that
Kerry was meeting. There lies the basis for Kerry admitting that
Americans don't want die in Syria.

There is nothing wrong with Jimmy Dore's portrayal of Kerry - it's the
   sentiment that counts.

John Kerry was telling them why they should understand the American
situation - why they haven't don't more in the matter of fighting for
   the rebels' cause.

And of course, that's because we don't have the draft any more since
   the Vietnam war.

Of course, as we all understand, nobody ever wants to die young in a
   foreign country, etc.

But Washington wasn't putting boots on Syria soil not because the old
men and women in Washington didn't love to start in Syria just as they
   did in Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.

Hillary had promised to go further in Syria, including fighting Putin
   - had she won.

So, Kerry was talking about how "nobody is more frustrated than us..."

In other words, Kerry was telling his audience that it wasn't that
Washington didn't want to help them win the war (against Assad), it
was that young people didn't want to fight these wars any more -
meaning after VIetnam, draft hasn't been available to get young people
   to fight abroad any more.

Of course, draft isn't here is because people don't want to die. "Any
more" has to do with the changed situation.

The real problem is, of course, the State Department started the
Syrian crisis since at least at least 2006, according to Wikileaks
   diplomatic cable dumps.

Kerry tried to portray Russia as lawless; but it's really Washington
which, using covert assets like CIA operations, NGOs funded by the
National Endowment for Democracy and other agencies, etc. that made a
mess of Syria - overthrowing its government and setting the country on
fire, just as they done in Libya, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
