   living and every man who would live richly must master it. The reason so many   
   do not rise above low mediocrity, and are driven about like driftwood until   
   they are washed up on    
   some shore where they lie until the grave is ready for them, is not so much

   ghost if he ever makes a touchdown through such a crowd. This is the art of
