   I think that charisma modulation is now working, but   
   Malala is not exhibiting any primary positive charisma   
   modulation. So I wonder if she believes   
   that everyone outside her religion is eternally damned,   
   which would put her at at least the mild end of   
   medium criminal. But Putin is exhibiting P-,   
   at least for me; let me know if you observe it as well.
