   OK, Ken, I'll make this really simple for you.  Environment; defined above.   
   President; defined by Bill Clinton.  An environmental president, therefore,   
   would be a president who shows some awareness of the environment.  As   
   opposed to George Bush, who seems not to care about silly things like poor   
   air and water quality.  You shouldn't play stupid- you're not.
