   F.Y.I. the bridge is build by stupid french and british.   
      
   PS. IQ alone is only a measure of processing of information. It does not   
   measure accrately many aspects of human brain. Thus even if (if true)   
   Topolski's IQ is lower than it used to be, does not mean he is less smart.   
   He is probably smarter than he was before.
