   I guess it was successful as Concorde no longer flies.   
      
   The real reason for Concorde's demise is Euro-stupidity. They outsmarted   
   themselves by building a fast plane that wasn't economically feasible. Even   
   the French decided it was time to stop pissing away money into the Concorde   
   bottomless pit.
