His fiance was pregnant, and it was not       his child. The laws of his church and his government said that he was       required to publicly announce her disgrace and have her stoned to       death. This was the law. He loved her so much he decided to just       quietly send her away. He saw no other choice. God came to him in a       dream and said he should marry her and be the father of this child.       Love and faith saw a way, beyond the law, beyond what even he thought       was possible. It changed the world.              2000 years later there was a woman. She had a child. She met another       woman and loved her dearly, but the laws of her church and her       government said they could not be married. This was the law. But she       loved this woman so much she decided to live with her anyway. She saw       no other way. God came to her in a dream and said she should take this       woman as her wife, and let this woman be the father of her child. Love       and faith saw a way, beyond the law, beyond what even she thought was       possible.              It changed the world.              Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Solstice, and a wonderful New       Year to you all,       Love, Toby              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
