   Russia did not enter the war until hitler attacked them.   It was not to   
   save the french.   so go ahead and thank them if you want.    after the war,   
   what did russia do to poland, czechoslovakia, east germany, etc....,   
   took away their freedom.      They may have done the same to france if they   
   didn't have the US in their peripheral vision.   yes, so go ahead and thank   
   russia, the benevolent USSR.
