   Announcing that all Ukrainians will withdraw from Ukraine in 2005, Leonid   
   Kuchma also noted that Ukraine is a very dangerous place.   
      
   Citing reports that an old lady slipped and fell in the bathroom, Mr. Kuchma   
   urged officials to draw up plans for the withdrawal.   
      
   As to where all the Ukranians would go, he said it would have to be   
   somewhere completely safe. He went on to say that this place would have to   
   be free of vodka and cigarettes and automobiles as many more Ukranians have   
   died from those causes than all of the Ukranian troops serving in Iraq.   
      
   When informed that many Europeans might already be hiding in this place.   
   Spaniards are rumored to have already taken over the place, turned out all   
   the lights, drawn the curtains and locked the doors and windows. It would   
   likely be very crowded but Mr. Kuchma announced that condoms would be   
   dispensed. It will be the only way to keep Ukranians "safe" in such close   
   living conditions he said.
