   If there was no WMD, it was because the USA, no one else, kept their boot   
   heel on Saddam's neck. Remember...while the USA was trying to contain   
   Saddam, the Euros, Russians and Chinkese were trying to sell weapons to   
   them. They are the nations of hate while the USA is the nation of   
   peacebuilders.
