   By law, GWB can not run for president again but Jeb Bush can fill-in the   
   void there. GWB can run for chancellor of Germany though. If he decides to   
   run, it will be a cake walk as Germans want somebody who can get things   
   done, not some girlie-boy like Schroeder.
