   LOL! German influence in Quebec is non-existent. It is like each other   
   doesn't exist for both. But each have intellectuals who can share ideas.   
   Diplomacy and propaganda are for the masses, ideas are for the elites.   
   That's why USA only play on the propaganda (1st) and diplomatic field (2nd).   
   I'm sure the very few Brit intellectuals feel very sorry they didn't support   
   France-Germany-Russia when it was the right time, while Canada feels very   
   glad that there was an election in anti-Iraq-war Quebec at the time to take   
   the decision about weather to get into war or not.
