   Luxemburg kicks the body a few times. There's no pulse. It feels cold.   
      
   Still Luxemborg says the EU constitution is not dead. So it went through the   
   pointless exercise of propping up the body at the dinner table to enjoy an   
   evening of less than stimulating conversation with the corpse.   
      
   How many money did they waste on that election? They could have given it to   
   all those starving children in France and Germany.
