   The difference is that in the US, gov acted to stop the violence. In France,   
   they basically did nothing for almost three weeks. There were still 200 cars   
   burned yesterday.   
      
   Stupid blacks in LA burned down all their own stores and later complained   
   that no businesses were rebuilding.   
      
   Germany has their crystalnacht. You can find history of various "pogroms" in   
   any Eurodopean city. France previously used artillery against Paris rioters.
