   France says they are going to "help" cut African poverty. They haven't   
   pledged to eliminate it, just to help. Now, the contribution of a single   
   Euro from French coffers satisfies the promise but will certainly not do   
   anything.   
      
   It seems the French are a bunch of cynical, narcisstic a-holes. Do they   
   really take people for fools? Words are cheap.   
      
   No French politician is going to take money from  Frenchmen to give to some   
   dirty, duster nigger in Africa. He might as well resign right now.   
      
   The French words are worthless. Africans will continue to starve to death   
   while John of AIX sips his French wine under the awning.   
      
   Europe is shit. All Europe cares about is fat-assed Europe. The Balkans and   
   Iraq prove that.
