   highly carbonated in that they are very gassy. in both cases the gas is co2.   
   so what does it matter if it is injected articficially or produced naturally   
   through fermentation? and besides, do you know for a fact that none of the   
   above beer brands are not "enhanced"? my guess is that no, you do not :)
