   Most NNTP (Network News Transport Protocol) providers want their   
   customers' posts to propagate to other NNTP servers. If they are remiss   
   in enforcing their Terms of Service (TOS) they may be blocked. This may   
   lower the value of the service that they wish to sell.

   It may be a small inconvenience to someone of normal intelligence, but   
   it may be a great inconvenience to someone of Mr. Sim's intelligence.   
      
   What I am puzzled by is that he was such a wanker after I told him that   
   his post was funny, but gently asked him to refrain doing so in such a
