   Sad news for you! It turns out that Airbus did *NOT* sell more aircraft in   
   2005 than Boeing. We now know that Airbus cooked the books by taking credit   
   for Chinese orders that had not been signed.   
      
   Current 2006 tally: Airbus, about 130 aircraft sold (sorry but no one at   
   Airbus knows how to update an excel spreadsheet), Boeing, 480 aircraft sold.   
      
   Airbus likes to make big announcements at Farnborough but I don't think they   
   have much this time around. We'll see. My guess is they'll announce no A350   
   replacement until 2012.
