   But success at the expense of other people? I object to having to pay   
   for an MS operating system on a computer when I have no intention of   
   using it and wish to install Linux.   
      
   A different matter with other manufacturers of machines such as Apple   
   and Sun since their machines are geared to their own software (which   
   actually works).
