   Look, 'mike'. It's polite to include a warning before posting links to such   
   graphic images. It doesn't bother me, as I LOVE this kind of thing! ;-)   
      
   But please include a clear warning of graphic content so as not to shock   
   anyone with a weak stomach, nervous disposition etc etc.   
      
   As for the man. Who knows? Maybe he was shot in the head by a fellow
