   He viewed it as a RACE.  You couldn't convert away from being Jewish.  You   
   were still Jewish even if you were not raised in a cultutally Jewish way.   
   Say, for example, your parents were Jews, but you were adopted and raised as   
   a Christian by Christians.  According to Hitler, you were still a Jew and   
   off to the camps you went.
