   Very funny, except people do not go to mental hospitals for political or   
   religious viewpoints.   
      
   A person goes into a mental hospital to get bed rest and sleeping medication   
   if the person goes 3 or 4 days straight with no sleep. That is what a mental   
   illness is. It is basically prolonged sleep loss and extreme   
   over-exhaustion.   
      
   By law, a mental health facility has nothing to do with a person's religious   
   viewpoints, political viewpoints or culture.  A mental hospital is not a   
   place for criminals. There are no policemen at a mental hospital.It is   
   simply a place with a bed where a person can rest up, take lithium carbonate   
   and sleeping medication, and recover..   
      
   Many people are turning away from the psychology field today because it is   
   too complicated to be helpful. The complicated words used within the field   
   are often more confusing than they are helpful.
