   Personally I think 1 vote per 1 country is the only solution; It is not fair   
   to have Germany crush Malta; all the countries are individual places; If the   
   majority considers a proposal is acceptable, they will vote for it. If we   
   could count one the bigger countries proposals take in consideration the   
   smaller nations, there wouldn't be a problem; unfortunately it doesn't work   
   that way.
