   President Bush has drawn up new legislation he wants passed quickly.  It   
   reads as follows;   
      
   "From now on there will be no taxes on the rich. Instead, the US   
   government will simply borrow money from the banks. Religion will   
   continue to be banned from all US schools and from American television   
   programs. If religion is shown on American TV, it must be made to look   
   bad, crazy and unwanted. American TV will only show atheism and paganism   
   as being good. All American citizens shall now be known as "slaves"   
   and shall call the president "Caesar" from now on.
