   AOBF: Stammtisch! A Gathering of Friends, Food and Beer!   
      
   Join the Art of Beer Festival (AOBF) on September 13, 2003 at The Cyclorama   
   (The Boston Center for the Arts) in Boston's historical South End for the   
   annual AOBF: Stammtisch! A gathering of friends, food and beer! Enjoy beers   
   from the original 6 München breweries, authentic German music by Lustige   
   Musikanten des Heimatlandes (The Mad Bavarian Brass Band) and traditional   
   Bavarian cuisine.   
      
   "The German word stammtisch literally translates to table reserved for   
   regulars. It's a very exclusive and traditional part of German culture,"   
   stated AOBF Producer, Todd Alström. "We want to bring this tradition and   
   some authentic German flavor to Boston ... and extend the invite to a much   
   bigger table."   
      
   The München 6:   
   Beer is an integral part of German culture and history. Inspired by die   
   Bierzelte (beer tents) of München's Oktoberfest, the AOBF brings to Boston   
   the exclusive introduction of the original 6 München breweries, featuring a   
   selection of beers from each brewery.
